These Terms of Service govern your use of Kova (kovalab.io), operated by Ivan Garcia Lopez (autónomo), Viladecans, Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account or using Kova, you agree to these terms.
Kova is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for virtual production and LED wall environments. The platform allows users to generate images, videos, and compositing layers using artificial intelligence.
You must create an account to use Kova. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Credits: Kova operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. The cost per action is displayed within the platform. Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month. Credits are added at the beginning of each billing cycle. One-time recharges: Credits purchased as one-time recharges are added immediately to your balance. Credit accumulation: Unused credits accumulate and do not expire as long as your account is active. Prices: All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Due to the nature of AI-generated content and the immediate consumption of computing resources, we do not offer refunds on consumed credits or completed generations. If you experience a technical failure that prevents content from being generated and credits are deducted, please contact us at ivan@kovalab.io and we will review the case individually. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
You agree not to use Kova to generate content that: — Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory — Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties — Contains explicit sexual content or graphic violence — Depicts real identifiable individuals without their consent — Is intended to deceive or mislead others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Your content: You retain ownership of the content you generate using Kova, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Our platform: Kova, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Ivan Garcia Lopez. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. AI-generated content: You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova and Ivan Garcia Lopez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Kova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
